CRISPED BAKED POTATOES 
6 oz. cooked whole new potatoes, chilled
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. butter
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash
Dash of pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut each potato into wedges. Set aside. In small saucepan, melt butter; add soy sauce and stir. Pour butter mixture over potatoes and toss to coat thoroughly. Transfer potatoes to nonstick baking sheet. Brush with any remaining butter mixture. Sprinkle with seasonings and bake until crisp, about one hour.
