1 env. Lipton onion recipe soup mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 lb. potatoes, cut into quarters

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In shallow baking pan, thoroughly blend all of the ingredients except for potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly.
