2 egg whites 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 6 oz. chocolate chips Electric mixer 2 cookie sheets Bowl Teaspoon Butter or grease pans Cookie can to store in 1. Turn oven to 375 degrees. 2. Beat egg whites and salt with mixer until stiff. 3. Very slowly add sugar, bit by bit to egg whites. 4. Add vanilla. 5. Beat all above for 5 minutes until stiff. 6. Fold in chocolate chips. 7. Grease cookie sheets. 8. Drop batter by teaspoon onto cookie sheets. 9. Put cookie sheets into oven. 10. Turn off oven as soon as you put the cookies in oven. 11. Do not open oven until next morning, 12 hours later. 12. Store in cookie tin. A fun way to use egg whites. No peeking. |
