1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. angel flake coconut
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. vinegar

Cream sugar and butter. Combine rest of ingredients in order listed. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes in uncooked pie shell.
