DOUBLE TOFFEE CAKE 
Cake:

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 small pkg. instant butterscotch pudding

Topping:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Spray Bundt or tube pan with Pam (I used a tube pan). Beat together flour, sugar, baking powder, oil, eggs, salt, vanilla, water and puddings. Set aside. Put 1/3 of the batter in bottom of pan.

Mix together topping of brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/2 of topping on top of batter. Next cover with 1/3 of batter, other 1/2 of topping and finish with last 1/3 of batter.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 1 hour in pan before removing.

Serves 10 to 12. Freezes well. Enjoy.
