HAWAIIAN FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. crushed pineapple, slightly drained
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix first 4 ingredients and boil together to a soft ball stage. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients and cool to lukewarm stage. Beat until creamy. Pour into buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares.
