2 c. sugar
1 c. cream or rich milk
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. pecans
Few drops red food coloring

Boil sugar, milk and pineapple until soft ball stage is reached. Remove from heat, add pecans and food coloring. Beat and pour into buttered pan.
