CALICO HAM CASSEROLE 
6 lbs. cooked ham or turkey ham, cubed
3 lbs. processed cheese, cubed
2 dozen hard-cooked eggs, chopped
3 (8 oz.) cans mushroom stems and pieces, drained or 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. cut-up pimentos
2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. minced green pepper
1/3 c. prepared mustard
6 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3 qts. milk
7 c. water
6 (7 oz.) pkgs. macaroni, uncooked
6 c. cracker crumbs

Combine ham, cheese, eggs, mushrooms, onion, pimento and green pepper. Blend mustard and soup; stir in milk and water. Place contents of 1 package macaroni in each of 6 greased 9x13 inch pans. To each, add equal portions of ham mixture and 4 1/2 cups soup mixture. Stir gently to mix. Top each pan with 1 cup cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. 1 cup per serving. Serves 50.
