CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. shredded cabbage, save outer leaves whole if possible
1 sm. onion
Salt & pepper to taste
8-10 oz. cheese, shredded
4 slices bread
2 tbsp. milk

Mix together ground beef, shredded cabbage, onion, salt, pepper and cheese. Crumble bread and mix with milk. Combine with meat mixture. Place scoop of mixture on clean cabbage leaf and roll up skewer with toothpick.

Place on rack in slow pot over a small amount of water. Turn on low and cook for the day if your working or turn on high and cook for 1 hour. Great served with salad and au gratin potatoes.
