GREEN BEANS CAPRI 
4 lg. pork chops with fat trimmed
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. crumbled rosemary
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1 sm. bay leaf
1 c. tomato juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. sliced mushrooms
1 can green beans

Trim fat from pork chops and brown on both sides in oil. Sprinkle chops with rosemary and garlic. Add water and vinegar, sugar and bay leaf. Simmer, covered, 10 minutes. Add tomato juice, salt, and pepper; cover tightly and simmer 30-40 minutes, basting occasionally. Remove bay leaf. Drain green beans and mushrooms; add. Cover and cook until hot. Serve with noodles.
