CHILI WITH BEANS 
1/4 c. fat or salad oil
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes (2 c.)
1 (No. 2) can red kidney beans or pinto beans

Brown onions, green pepper, celery and beef in hot fat. Add seasonings and tomatoes and mix thoroughly. Cover and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add beans and heat thoroughly. Serves 6.
