BAKED LASAGNA | |
2 lbs. ground beef 2 lbs. Italian sausage 2 qts. Italian gravy 1 lb. lasagna pasta 3 lbs. Ricotta cheese 2 lbs. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese Brown beef and drain off fat. Brown sausage and drain off fat. Combine beef and sausage in a bowl, set aside. Combine Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Prepare lasagna pasta, layer of beef and sausage, 1 layer of cheese mixture - a sprinkling of dry cheese. Continue in this fashion until all the ingredients are used; ending with tomato gravy - sprinkled with Parmesan and Romano cheeses. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 10. |
