VENISON STEAK CASSEROLE 
2 lb. round steak
6 med. potatoes
1 c. carrots
1 green pepper
1 onion

Cut steak in serving pieces and pound in mixture of 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, oregano and garlic.

Brown in 3 tablespoons shortening. Place in 3 quart baking dish in layers. Sprinkle remaining flour mix on top. Pour 3 cups beef bouillon over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
