2 c. Buckwheat flour
2 2/3 c. water
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. oil

Beat together until bubbly. Bake on griddle slightly oiled. Dollar size cakes are easier to handle.
