8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
Instant mashed potatoes, serving for 12

Cook instant potatoes according to directions. Beat the potatoes, the sour cream and the cream cheese together. Put into buttered casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
