CREAMY POTATO SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. instant mashed potato flakes (dry)
Paprika (for garnish)
Parsley (for garnish)

Heat butter, onion, salt, celery salt, pepper and milk to scalding. Stir in potato flakes, stirring constantly. (Soup should be the consistency of heavy cream.) If desired, garnish each serving with paprika and parsley. Makes 4 servings (1 cup each).
