CREAMY POTATO SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/3 c. instant mashed potatoes, dry flakes
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. celery salt
3 1/2 c. milk

Heat butter and saute onions. Add salt, celery salt, pepper, and milk to scalding. Stir in potato flakes. Continue cooking until smooth, stirring constantly. Soup should be consistency of heavy cream.
