MEXICAN SALSA 
5 fresh tomatoes
1/4 c. minced fresh jalapeno peppers
1 sm. onion, diced
1/4 c. fresh lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (6 oz.) bunch cilantro, washed and chopped

Core, peel and chop tomatoes. Add remaining ingredients and chill.
