CHINESE STEAK 
1 lb. top round or sirloin
2 c. fresh cooked broccoli or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen LaChoy snow peas
1 onion, cut in chunks
1 can beef bouillon (broth)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 sm. can mushrooms, sliced (optional)

Cut meat into thin strips and brown in 2 tablespoons butter in large pot. Add fresh or frozen broccoli and snow peas. Cover and let steam for about 3 to 5 minutes. Add onions. Pour 1 can beef broth and bring to boil. Thicken mixture with 2 tablespoons cornstarch in 1/2 cup water and stir until thick. Add 2 dashes soy sauce and 1 small can mushrooms. Serve over rice.
