4 zucchini, cut in half lengthwise
8 strips of bacon
8 slices Swiss cheese
J.D.'s Vegetable Magic
Parmesan cheese

Place the zucchini in sealed container, sprinkle with Vegetable Magic, and place in microwave to steam. Do not let zucchini get too soft. Set aside. Cook the bacon in the microwave. Lay a strip of bacon on each half, top with Swiss cheese, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Pass under broiler for 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
