SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. sausage
1 c. dry rice
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. celery & green pepper
1 tsp. curry
1 c. mushroom
2 c. cream of chicken soup
2 c. water

Fry sausage and drain. Mix with remaining ingredients. Place in casserole dish and cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
