1 loaf French bread dough
1 lb. spicy sausage
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley flakes (optional)

Roll dough into large rectangle. Cook and crumble sausage. Add other ingredients, being sure to mix well. Spread mixture on dough. Roll dough into loaf (like a jelly roll). Place on cookie sheet. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
