SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. pizza dough
1 lb. cooked and drained sausage
8 oz. bag Mozzarella cheese
Sprinkling of Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 lb. can DeChecco crushed tomatoes
Garlic powder

Roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness, 9x15 inch rectangle on floured surface. Spread cooked sausage over dough. Add Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan. Spoon tomatoes on cheeses but not to completely cover.

Roll form sides, not end. Seal ends by rolling under. Sprinkle loaf with garlic powder. Bake on slightly greased sheet. Place on board to cool. 350 degrees, 35-45 minutes.
