SAUSAGE BREAD | |
1 loaf frozen bread dough 1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked 3 oz. provolone cheese (4 thin slices) 3 oz. shredded Mozzarella (1/2 c.) Roll dough to 17 x 10 inch rectangle. Arrange provolone cheese over dough, top with sausage then Mozzarella cheese. Press sausage and cheeses into dough. Starting from wide end roll jelly roll fashion. Pinch ends to seal. Transfer to non-stick baking sheet, seam side down. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Transfer to rack, cool 15 minutes. Cut into 16 slices. |
