THE BEST EVERY CHOCOLATE CREAM
PIE
 
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
3 c. milk

Whisk together sugar, cornstarch, flour, salt and cocoa. Then add 3 egg yolks and 1 cup milk. Stir until smooth then add other 2 cups of milk. Cook in microwave for about 7 minutes, stirring two or three times. When thickened add butter and vanilla. Stir completely with whisk until smooth. Pour into baked 9 inch pie shell. Use 3 egg whites to make meringue, adding 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Put on top of pie and bake until golden brown.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
