SWEET ROLLS 
2 c. sweet milk, scalded
1 c. shortening
1 1/3 c. mashed potatoes
2 pkgs. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
7 1/2 c. flour

Scald milk; add shortening, sugar, yeast and salt and beat. Add potatoes, beaten eggs and about 1/2 of the flour. Let rise until double, then add remaining flour. Knead and shape rolls and let rise again until double in size. Bake in 350 degree oven until light brown.
