CRANBERRY RELISH MOLD 
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
1 c. WHOLE cranberry
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. naval orange, deseeded, unpeeled, ground (cut in small pieces and put in blender
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Drain pineapple, save syrup. Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1/2 cup. Dissolve jello and sugar in hot water. Add reserved syrup and lemon juice. Chill until practically set. Add pineapple and reamining ingredients. Pour into mold. Chill overnight. I double this or triple it and give it to friends and relatives.
