GERMAN PANCAKES 
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
6 eggs

Condiments: Pineapple Bananas Pecans Syrup Butter Whipped cream Sour cream Preserves Brown sugar

Mix flour, milk, salt and eggs in blender. Pour batter into pyrex (9 x 13 inch) coated with approximately 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut into serving pieces. Serve with variety of toppings. Wonderful for holiday brunch or special occasion.
