GERMAN PANCAKES 
6 eggs
1 c. all-purpose flour
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place butter in 9x13-inch pan and melt in oven. Beat eggs, milk, flour and salt well. Add melted butter. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and serve with maple syrup.
