COATED PECANS 
Beat 1 egg white and 2 tablespoons water frothy. Add 1 pound shelled pecans - stir until moist.

Mix: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt

Pour mix over moist nuts. Stir until cooked. Spread thinly and bake 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir once. Cool and store.
