GROUND BEEF ORIENTAL 
2 onions, finely chopped
1 c. sliced celery
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. reg rice, uncooked
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. can bean sprouts (optional)
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Chow mein noodles

Brown onion and celery in butter and remove from pan. Brown rice and ground beef in skillet. Drain bean sprouts. Mix all ingredients except chow mein noodles and bake in covered dish for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, uncover and bake 30 minutes longer. Serve over noodles.
