GROUND BEEF ORIENTAL 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French style green beans
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. butter
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. fresh bean sprouts

Rinse green beans under hot water to separate. Set aside.

In a preheated large skillet or wok stir fry ground beef and onion, leaving meat in large chunks, until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir soy sauce, water, garlic powder and pepper into meat mixture. Remove from pan; keep warm. Add green beans to skillet; cook 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in rice; push mixture to sides of skillet. Melt butter in center of skillet; add eggs and stir fry just until set. Carefully stir rice and meat mixtures into egg mixture. Stir in sprouts, cook 1 to 2 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
