GROUND BEEF ORIENTAL 
1-1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin beef
1 lb. pkg. frozen Oriental vegetables
3 tbsp. chopped chives
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
3 env. bouillon (beef and/or other)
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. light salt
3 c. water
Black pepper to taste
1 c. long grain white rice
Salt, pepper, onion powder & celery salt for meat

In large pot bring water to boil. Add seasonings. Stir in rice. Return to boil. Add vegetables. Return to boil. Lower burner to simmer. Cover pot tightly. Occasionally remove lid and stir mixture.

While vegetables and rice are cooking, sprinkle ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Brown and crumble in large greased skillet. Add to rice and vegetables. Mix well. Cook until all water is absorbed. Serve alone or accompanied by salad and bread.
