ORIENTAL HAMBURGER STEAKS 
SAUCE:

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 lb. ground beef

Combine oil, soy sauce, catsup, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well. Make 6 large hamburger patties and place in oblong pan. Pour sauce over patties, making sure sauce is on bottom as well as top. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.

Place on grill about 4 to 5 inches from coals. Grill 8 minutes per side for medium or 10 to 12 minutes for well done (may be broiled in stove too). Serve on toasted buns. (Make extra sauce to use on cooked hamburger.)
