PEPPER STEAK 
2 lbs. sirloin steak
4 tsp. butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
5 beef bouillon cubes
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Salt and pepper (as desired)

Cut steak into strips or chunks. Melt butter in skillet and brown steak. Mix soy sauce, 1 cup water, and bouillon cubes in a pot and bring to a boil. Add sauce to steak and simmer 15 minutes. Cut onions and peppers into strips. Add to steak mixture; simmer 15 minutes. Mix water and cornstarch. Add to mixture to thicken sauce. Serve over rice.
