2 strips bacon
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. cold water
Salt and pepper.

Cut bacon in small pieces and fry until crisp (in skillet.) Add sugar and flour stirring constantly. Add vinegar and water. Stir until thick. Very good on lettuce.
