CREAM OF PORK CHOPS 
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
6 pork chops
5 c. cooked rice
1 can water

Set oven on 375 degrees. Flour each pork chop on both sides. Put little oil in fry pan and brown. Take rice and put in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix together soup and onion soup mix with 1 can water. Pour half of soup mixture over rice. Place pork chops on top of rice evenly. Pour rest of soup mixture on chops. Cover with foil. Cook for 30-45 minutes. Serves 4-6 people. Very good.
