1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients. Mix with electric beater about 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into greased angel food cake pan. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, about 50 minutes or until done. Cool in the pan about 5 minutes before turning out on a rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. The cake has a light, spongy, pound cake texture.
