STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE 
2 c. cut up rhubarb
2 c. sliced strawberries
1 1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch or 1/3 c. flour

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Cover with top crust. Brush lightly with milk and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar optional. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees then 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
