MEXICAN SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger
2 tomatoes
1 lg. onion
1 can kidney beans
4 c. Cheddar cheese
4 c. lettuce
1 pkg. Indian corn chips

SAUCE:

1 can enchilada sauce
1 can taco sauce
1 can tomato sauce

Brown hamburger in skillet and drain. Dice onion, lettuce, and tomatoes and place into their own individual small bowls. Shred cheese and place it into small bowl. Heat kidney beans and place them into small bowl using corn chips as base. Layer each of the above items on each serving plate and serve. Pour enchilada sauce over layered toppings.
