STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB JAM 
1 (12 oz.) box thawed frozen rhubarb
2 (10 oz.) boxes thawed frozen sliced strawberries
5 1/2 c. (2 lbs. 6 oz.) sugar
1/2 (8 oz.) bottle liquid fruit pectin

Scald 6 (6 oz.) jelly glasses. In large saucepan, combine fruits and sugar; mix well.

Bring to full rolling boil over high heat; boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in pectin at once.

With metal spoon, skim off foam; stir and skim by turns 5 minutes. Fill glasses; cool; refrigerate. Makes 6.
