STUFFED SAUSAGE SHELLS 
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lg. spaghetti sauce
1 box lg. pasta shells
1 lb. bulk sausage
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg

Boil pasta shells until done. Drain and rinse in cool water. Brown sausage; drain fat. Add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and egg; mix well. Stuff shells with meat mixture. Cover bottom of 13"x9" pan with some of the spaghetti sauce. Place stuffed shells in pan. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese to cover all shells. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
