STUFFED SHELLS WITH SAUSAGE 
1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
12 oz. jumbo shells, cooked
6 c. Marinara sauce
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Combine the first 5 ingredients together. Using a teaspoon, fill each shell with cheese mixture. Spoon 1 cup of sauce into the bottom of a large casserole. Arrange shells in single layer on top of sauce in casserole. Spoon remaining sauce on top of shells and top with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
