FRESH APPLE BARS | |
3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. oil 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. chopped apples 1 c. chopped nuts Powdered sugar Beat together eggs and sugar and oil. Add flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix together then add apples and nuts. Pour into a greased 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Cover with powdered sugar. Cut bars while still warm. |
