PEACH - PLUM JAM 
3 c. plums, chopped finely (about 24 or 2 lb.)
5 c. peaches, peeled & chopped (10 or 3 lb.)
1 bottle liquid fruit pectin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
14 c. sugar (6 lb.)

Combine fruits in large Dutch oven, mix in sugar thoroughly, place on high heat, bring to a full rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in fruit pectin at once. Skim off foam with a metal spoon. Stir and skim for 5 minutes to cool slightly, to prevent floating fruit. Ladle quickly into half-pint jars, seal and process in hot water bath for 10 minutes. Makes approximately 20 jars.
