CHEESE TACOS 
10 corn tortillas
12 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) block Velveeta cheese (Mexican style), melted or add 1 sm. can diced green chilies to regular Velveeta

Fill tortillas with cheese and onion and roll and place in baking dish. Pour melted cheese over "tacos" and bake at 425 degrees until cheese inside tortillas is melted. Garnish with sliced black olives and diced red and green bell peppers.
