CHUNKY HAM CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
2/3 c. Carnation milk
6 oz. chunked ham (can or fresh)
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt to taste
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain. Mix together soup, milk, cheese, salt, mushrooms and ham; add macaroni and mix well. Pour into buttered 2 quart baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes or until bubbly, at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
