VEGETABLE - HAM CASSEROLE 
16 oz. wide egg noodles
1 stalk broccoli, cut in chunks, 2 to 3 c.
Cauliflower, cut in chunks, about 2 c.
1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
1 lb. ham, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Sm. bag of shredded cheddar cheese

Prepare noodles as directed, set aside. Boil vegetables until tender, not mushy. Drain and mix with noodles. Mix soup with 1 can of milk, add cubed ham. Heat for a few minutes then mix with veggies and noodles. Put in casserole dish, top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Ham can be left out or substituted with tuna or chicken pieces.
