EMMA'S CORNED BEEF BALL 
1 can (12 oz.) corned beef
1 container (8 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
1/4 c. sliced chives
1/4 c. minced pepper
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese softened

Crumble corned beef into medium bowl; add cottage cheese, chives, green pepper, parsley and seasonings; mix thoroughly; chill several hours. Remove mixture from bowl and shape into a ball. Spread cream cheese evenly over ball; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate; garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve with assorted crackers or thick cucumber slices.
