CORNED BEEF BALLS 
1 can corned beef
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. grated Cheddar
3/4 c. pickle relish
1 bunch parsley, snipped & dried
2 tsp. horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients, except parsley, in a large bowl. Form into small balls. Roll in parsley. Refrigerate until serving time.
